*小組召集人 (Group Convener): The duty of the group convener is:

(1) To supervise all the group members on behalf of the project advisor;

(2) To distribute and coordinate all the common jobs of this group;

(3) To ask all the group members their status and then suggest to the advisor a substitute action when the group meeting is in conflict with a national holiday or when the project advisor cannot make it. The substitute may be (1) move it to another time slot at which all members are available; (2) cancel it if everyone knows what to do (based on previous discussion or meeting) and are still working on it; (3) some members will arrange an individual discussion with the advisor and others will just continue to work on what is already decided.

行政助理 (Administrative Assistant) 負責支薪、採購、收發、元件設備管理、帳號管理、網頁管理、資料庫管理、與秘書事務。

設施專任助理 (Facility Assistant) 負責實驗室整體公共環境與設施的管理與維護 (特別是維護雷射與實驗室共用設備，以及擔任實驗室庫存管理人、安全官、環衛官、資訊官)、支援各組管理的平台的維護與升級工作、指導與支援各組使用在原分所的公用儀器。
